Virtual Doula Support

Our motto “Every Person is Entitled to Empowering Care” drives our commitment to make our services available to everyone, regardless of their location. If you don’t have access to birth doulas in your area, or if you and your partner prefer an intimate birth with limited attendance, our Virtual Birth Doula services are designed to provide you with the support, encouragement, and guidance you need to achieve a positive birth experience.

Virtual Support Includes:

  • Two 60-minute comprehensive prenatal visits prior to birth. During these visits, we will explore and discuss your birth vision, fears and concerns, develop your birth preferences, discuss useful comfort tools for labor and birth.
  • Available via text/email from 25 weeks for continuous emotional and informational support to you and your partner (if applicable).
  • 24 hour on-call availability from 36 weeks of your pregnancy.
  • Option to have doula virtually present during labor.
  • Once you are from the hospital, the doula will provide one virtual postpartum visit within the first 7-14 days. We will check in with you and see how you are recovering and adjusting.
