Sleep Training Support Group- Let Mommy Sleep

Let Mommy Sleep is an all inclusive pediatric sleep support group for moms of children 0-4 years old.
Too often sleep support is seen as an inaccessible luxury. Vela Haven & Maryland State Doulas have established this support group to not only bridge that gap but to let parents know that they are all entitled to care for themself and their families.
What to expect:
-This group is a safe and nurturing space to obtain and provide support, information, reassurance and encouragement.
-Attendees are encouraged to come with any sleep issues or questions they have as it relates to their child
-We never want you to feel like childcare is an obstacle, children are welcome at all meetings!
